Spring has sprung and with it, fresh new ingredients for Hernán Gipponi Restaurant, and great weather for drinks in Fierro Hotel’s garden.
The season kicks off today from 6-8pm with celebrity bartender Fede Cuco at the lead of a festive happy hour. The 2 for 45 peso special and HG`s tapas are not to be missed on this sun kissed evening!
Another event that is coming up is the GAJO dinner on the 1st of November. GAJO is a deluxe culinary team made up of the city`s top chefs (including Hernán Gipponi) who combine their talents to deliver the best of fine dining at different venues around the city. Although we are more than a month away from the event it is imperative to book well in advance for this one!
