Botero: Drawings on Paper and Canvas- Colombian artist Fernando Botero is known for his representations of chubby lasses and lads. 50 of his drawings will be on display at the National Fine Arts Museum until the 30th of June. Av. Libertador 1473, Recoleta.

Roberto Graciano: Portraits of the Art World- The renowned Argentine photographer and painter displays a collection of works in which he portrays other artists and important cultural figures. The exhibit is open until the 23rd of June. Av. Libertador 1902, Recoleta.
MALBA (Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires)
Adriana Varejao is one of the best-known Brazilian artists of her generation. Her works deal with themes regarding art and religious history, Brazilian history and colonialism, optical illusions, maps, travel, and oceans. Her work will be displayed until the 10th of June.
Grete Stern: The German/Argentine photographer began her prolific career in Berlin during the 30′s. Later she moved to Buenos Aires where she worked for different magazines including SUR and Idilio, a publication on psychoanalysis. Whilst in Idilio, Stern produced a series of photomontages depicting the dreams that readers sent in to be analyzed. The oneiric images from this period are the protagonists of the exhibition. MAMBA (Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires)
The MAMBA has recently inaugurated a new exhibit featuring works by Grupo Mondongo, who present a series of paintings and photographs of landscapes and portraits; renowned Argentine graphic designer Ronald Shakespeare; Florencia Rodríguez Giles, who presents an installation in which different artistic disciplines intertwine; the Roman Piero Mottola, who showcases four chromatic and acoustic installations; Santiago Gasquet and Luis Rodriguez who intervened two walls of the museum; Alfio Demestre who presents a video installation; and Gachi Hasper who works with color intervening urban spaces. MACBA (Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Buenos Aires)
Geometry in Motion is the new collection on display at the MACBA and features works by Argentine artist Manuel Espinosa. The exhibit is open until the 28th of July. Av. San Juan 328, San Telmo.
Liminal Space Trilogy is the name of the new exhibit being showcased at the Faena Arts Center in Puerto Madero. The collection features the video installations of Russian collective AES+F who are centered in Moscow and work primarily with large-scale photography and video art.
