September is a happy month for porteños as temperatures rise and orange blossoms, jacaranda flowers and weekend asados perfume the streets.  This month there will also be new exhibits and a couple of international music acts that will be inaugurating the concert season!

Encuentro Latinoamericano de Teatro Independiente (Latin American Independent Theatre Festival)-  3-7th of September:   A varied program of seminars, activities, and plays performed by artists from all over the South American continent will take place the first week of the month. EGGO Art Fair–  6-9th of September: The annual art fair showcases the collections of the city’s best art galleries. More information here.

Gallery Nights – 12th of September: Once a month, from April-December, the city’s art galleries open to the public during the night and welcome an enthusiastic crowd of art lovers. More information here.

Buenos Aires Market: 14th and 15th of September: The monthly organic food market will be taking place at Barrancas de Belgrano from 10am to 6pm. More information here.
