Stop by the MALBA to check out the Polesello and Teresa Burga exhibits, as well as Jeff Koons Ballerina. Figueroa Alcorta 3415, Palermo. 

In the evening, at 8pm, head to the Centro Argentino de Teatro Ciego (Argentine blind theatre center), and experience the music of Daft Punk in absolute darkness. Tickets here.

Buenos Aires Food Week kicks off, which means you can taste three course menus at a special price of 170 pesos for lunch and 280 pesos for dinner at some of the cities best restaurants, including UCO! Make sure to book your place ASAP through the BA Food Week web page here.

If the weather is nice, a day trip to Tigre is a must while you’re in Buenos Aires. You can try a water sport, stop by the Mercado de Frutos where you can purchase local goods, go on a rollercoaster ride, and even place your bets at the local Casino. Explore on your own or try a tour!

Later on, Marta Noguera will be playing at the Palacio Paz Piano Wednesday sessions that are taking place throughout September at 7.30pm.  Santa Fe 750, Retiro

The FIBA international theatre festival kicks off with a stunning performance by the French Groupe F at Parque Sarmiento at 9pm. Tickets are on sale at the Colón Theatre (Tucumán 1171, downtown) and at Casa de la Cultura (Av. de Mayo 575, downtown), both well worth visiting for their historical and architectural value as well.

Urban Running Tours are perfect for the sporty types. Those that prefer to eat will certainly enjoy a Parrilla Tour. Otherwise, for something cultural and really typical, try a fileteado porteño tour at 2pm and find out more about this unique local art style.
