MALBA: The MALBA museum is featuring the works of Carlos Motta and Alicia Penalba and  an exhibit of Brazilian art from the Fadel collection. Also, its permanent collection has a new postcolonial focus and is titled “Verboamérica” . Figueroa Alcorta 3415, Palermo.

The 30th edition of the Casa FOA design fair is taking place until the 30th of November at a specially remodeled 40’s style house in the Retiro area that is well worth visiting, especially for architecture and design enthusiasts. Basavilbaso 1233, downtown. 

In the afternoon, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, you can stop by the Fierro Hotel garden and grab a couple of cocktails at the new UCO after office event! 3220-6800. Soler 5862, Palermo.

La feria de diseño Casa FOA cumple 30 años y hasta el 30 de noviembre abre las puertas de una casa especialmente remodelada de la década del 40 en la zona de Retiro que vale la pena visitar, en especial si sos entusiasta de la arquitectura y el diseño. Basavilbaso 1233, microcentro.

In the evening, Irish musician Damien Rice will be staging a live show at the San Telmo centered La Trastienda. Tickets here

It’s also full moon Tuesday, so find yourself a nice bar with a terrace and enjoy a moonlit drink outdoors.

In the evening, a parade of strange theatrical creatures will inaugurate the Teatro x la identidad event featuring live music by Leon Gieco and Los Tekis, amongst others, at the ND Ateneo where tickets will be handed out on a first come first serve basis from 6pm onwards. Paraguay 918, downtown.

A rainy winter forecast makes for the perfect chance to browse through books at the Ateneo Grand Splendid, one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world.

Renowned artist Vic Muniz, who makes art from food and other unlikely materials, will be showcasing his work in the Retiro area at the Universidad Nacional Tres de Febrero until the 14th of September. Av. Antartida Argentina 1355, downtown.

At 8.30pm, the Argentine football team will be playing the semi-final round of the copa América against Paraguay.
