2nd and 3rd of July: The Buenos Aires Market gourmet food fair will be taking place in San Telmo, on Defensa Street between Brazil and Caseros.

2 y 3 de julio: El evento gastronómico Buenos Aires Market se lleva a cabo en San Telmo sobre la calle Defensa entre Brasil y Caseros. 

3rd of July: a gastronomic festival centered on spicy food will be taking place on Sunday at Pequeña Italia on Gorriti and Bonpland from midday onwards.

3 de julio- la Academia Italiana del Peperoncino organiza el Festival de Comida Picante que se lleva a cabo en Pequeña Italia en Gorriti y Bonpland a partir del mediodía. 

9th of July: Argentina celebrates its Independence Day on a long weekend that begins on the 8th.

On the 2nd of July, the second edition of Gallery Days will take place in the Palermo and Villa Crespo circuit.

El dos de julio se lleva a cabo la segunda edición de Gallery Days en el circuito de Palermo y Villa Crespo. 

The MNBA in Recoleta is showcasing a new exhibit of Mexican muralists Siqueiros, Rivera, and Orozco’s works.

El MNBA en Recoleta tiene en exposición una muestra de la obra de los muralistas mejicanos Siqueiros, Rivera y Orozco.

The MALBA is showcasing a Yoko Ono exhibit with works by the artist that span from the 60’s to the present day.

El MALBA exhibe una muestra de Yoko Ono en la que se exponen obras que abarcan la carrera de la artista a partir de los sesentas.

The MUNTREF art space in the Caseros neighborhood is holding a Goya showcase with more than 100 works of art by the renowned Spanish artist.

El espacio de arte MUNTREF en el barrio de Caseros presenta una muestra de la obra de Goya con más de cien piezas del reconocido artista español, y una muestra de Leandro Erlich y Bernardí Roig.

The Tango Festival and World Championship kicks off until the 27th of August and brings the best tango shows of the year to the city . Check out the program here.

In the evening, the stunning Colón Theatre will be inaugurating an opera production of Mozart’s famous The Marriage of Figaro.  Tickets here.

Check out the exhibit of Argentine couture designers taking place at the Centro Cultural Recoleta until the 18th of August.  Junín 1930, Recoleta.

Later on stop by La Catedral in Almagro where you can take a tango lesson staring at 7.30 pm or 9pm. Sarmiento 4006, Almagro.

Thursday

One of the architectural landmarks of the city is the famous Palacio Barolo full of references to poet Dante Alighieri. Guided tours take place from 4pm to 7pm and evening guided tours at 8.30pm include tasting of an awarded wine and a national delicacy.

In the evening, the monthly art event, Gallery nights, will take place starting at 7pm.
